For a typical salesperson working from means being on the phone 24*7. As our offices are still not resumed because of COVID-19 we are still working from home. Though we have definitely started visiting and scheduling a meeting with our clients to reach them.

I start calling clients by 10-10.30 AM as they have reached by then. The entire work revolves around calling clients. So, 1-2 hours every day are dedicated to making calls (fresh ones) currently as we are working from home at the moment. Once, that is done, we share proposals with them. Also, talking to renewals, hot prospects. And then client servicing, addressing their queries, closing the sale, tracking the payment, updating the finance team on the same.
