FAQS about [NEET(UG) -2019]:

  1. Whether the examination will be offline or online?

    Answer-NEET (UG) – 2019 will be in offline mode (pen and paper test).

  2. What are the duration/timings of NEET (UG) – 2019?

    Answer – The duration of the exam is  3 Hrs from 02:00pm. to 05:00pm. But you have to reach at 30 minutes early at the exam centre after that no entry will be allowed.

  3. Can a candidate change its centre city after allotment of roll number?

    Answer-No, Centre can’t be changed after you have selected it through online, to avoid this you should be very careful while filling choice of centre.

  4. Who can appear in NEET 2019?

    Answer -Indian Nationals, Non Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizen of India (OCI), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO), Foreign Nationals are eligible to appear in NEET (UG)-2019 for 15% All India Quota Seats.

  5. Is there any seat in MBBS/BDS on which admission will be made without appearing in NEET (UG) – 2019?

    Answer -No, you can’t get any seat without appearing NEET (UG) – 2019, admission process is purely on the basis of ranking in NEET (UG) – 2019.

  6. Will admission to AIIMS and JIPMER, Puducherry be made through NEET (UG) –2019?

    Answer-No, you can’t get admission in AIIMS and JIPMER on the NEET (UG) – basis. They have their own entrance exams and selection process.

  7. What is the syllabus forNEET (UG) – 2019 ?

  8. Is a candidate, appearing in Class XII in the year 2019, eligible to appear in NEET (UG) – 2019?

    Answer- Yes, the candidates who are appearing in class 12 exam can apply for this exam.

  9. Will there be negative marking in NEET (UG) – 2019?

    Answer- Yes, It is on the NTA basis negative marking scheme, four marks for one correct answer and for every wrong answer one marks will be deducted.

  10. When will be the result of NEET (UG) – 2019 be declared?

    Answer- By 5th June, 2019.
